- Free tier includes 5 lifetime email generations.
- Pro subscription is billed monthly at $19 USD.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate spam, phishing emails, or fraudulent content.
- Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or discriminatory.

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or algorithms.
6. Content Ownership

7. AI Limitations

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smoothly AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or reputation arising from emails generated by the Service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Active subscriptions will be prorated and refunded.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
